Chef De Partie

Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section at The Standard, Hua Hin (Hyatt), preparing and presenting dishes to recipe, standard, and portion guidelines while maintaining HACCP compliance and high hygiene standards. Supports the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu preparation and kitchen planning, supervises Commis Chefs and trainees, and controls food waste and stock rotation.
