Where do I buy tickets?
Ticket sales open ahead of each PrideShow edition. Check this page or follow our socials for the next announcement.
Can I get a refund?
Our standard policy: full refund up to 14 days before an event, 50% up to 7 days before, no refunds after that.
Are tickets transferable?
Ticket transfers are handled case-by-case — contact us and we'll help out.
What payment methods are accepted?
Ticketmelon accepts credit/debit cards, PromptPay, and Thai bank transfer. For group bookings (10+ tickets) or corporate purchases that need a tax invoice issued by Messe Asia, we can settle directly by bank transfer — contact the team for a payment instruction.
I'm an exhibitor — do I need tickets too?
No. Sponsor Hub packages include delegate and VIP passes. Enquire about exhibiting.
