Where do I buy tickets?

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Ticketmelon under their refund policy. Full refunds up to 14 days before the event, 50% refund up to 7 days, no refunds after that.
Are tickets transferable?
Yes — email us at hello@prideshow.org with the new attendee details at least 48 hours before the event.
What payment methods are accepted?
Ticketmelon accepts credit/debit cards, PromptPay, and Thai bank transfer. For group bookings (10+ tickets) or corporate purchases that need a tax invoice issued by Messe Asia, we can settle directly by bank transfer — contact the team for a payment instruction.
I'm an exhibitor — do I need tickets too?
No. Sponsor Hub packages include delegate and VIP passes. Enquire about exhibiting.
