How the tiers work
Every score is out of 100, on fixed thresholds that mean the same thing in every segment. We weight what an organisation can demonstrably show over what it can claim — a Pride-month logo with no year-round policy earns nothing.

How is the inclusion score calculated?
Each segment uses a weighted composite of public signals — LGBTQ+ / non-discrimination policy, supply-chain diversity, community investment, ESG disclosure, and adoption of international frameworks (e.g. TCFD, CDP, HRC CEI). Scores recompute regularly from a single source of truth; the full methodology and sub-scores are on each profile.
