Project Associate — Operational Excellence, Partnerships & Automation, Customer Experience Group (Relocation Provided)

As a Project Associate in Agoda’s Customer Experience Group, you analyse operational flows and encode improved processes on the agent interface using a low‑code JavaScript tool, launching new workflows worldwide. You lead user acceptance testing and work with Product and Engineering to monitor performance against targets. The role is based in Bangkok with relocation provided.
