Project Associate — Operational Excellence & Automation (Relocation Provided)

In this Project Associate role at Agoda, you improve and automate operational workflows in the Customer Experience Group by identifying inefficiencies and encoding updated processes on the agent interface with a low‑code JavaScript tool. You lead user acceptance testing with selected teams and analyse outputs to confirm project targets are met. Bangkok‑based with relocation provided.
