Plant Manager (Bakery)

Manage all production activities at Starbucks Thailand's bakery plant in Samut Prakan, overseeing the manufacture of quality bread and baked goods with plans to accelerate variety and scale over the next one to two years. The Plant Manager is accountable for efficient, cost-effective production, maintaining high quality assurance and safety standards, establishing plant SOPs, and ensuring continuous supply to the store network. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with Food Category, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
