Building Manager (Residential/ Office)

Manage day-to-day building operations for Savills Thailand's residential and office properties in Bangkok, overseeing on-site staff, common-area maintenance, tenant fit-out inspections, and collection of service charges and utilities. The role reports to the Board of Committee and Juristic Person, with responsibility for procurement, contractor management, income and expenditure control, and monthly reporting from technical supervisors.
