Building Attendant (BA) (6 days working)/เจ้าหน้าที่อาคาร

Oversee daily building operations for Savills Thailand, monitoring common area cleaning and safety services, supervising garden maintenance, coordinating with sub-contractors during tenant fit-outs, and preparing monthly reports. The role also handles car park management, tenant communications, and work-order preparation for engineering maintenance in a six-day working week schedule.
