การบริการค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนเช็คอินที่ล่าช้ามาก ประมาณ 15 นาที เมื่อเทียบกับราคาห้องพักประมาณ 3,xxx บาทต่อคืน คุณภาพถือว่าไม่สมกับราคา ห้องพักไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ห้องข้าง ๆ ซึ่งเป็นแขกชาวต่างชาติมีการกินเลี้ยงและส่งเสียงดังมาก เราโทรแจ้งพนักงาน แต่ต้องรอเกือบ 40 นาที กว่าจะมีคนมาเคลียร์ปัญหาให้ เช้าวันถัดมาเวลา 10:30 น. เราแจ้งพนักงานที่ฟร้อนท์ว่าเราจะลงไปพักผ่อนที่สระว่ายน้ำ และขอให้ช่วยทำความสะอาดห้องก่อนที่เราจะกลับขึ้นไปพักผ่อน แต่เมื่อเรากลับขึ้นห้องเวลา 16:00 น. ห้องก็ยังไม่ได้ท
