BANGKOK, 16 June 2026 — Pride Show 2026, Asia’s first LGBTIQ+ business expo, will be held in Thailand on 26–27 June 2026 at BEAT Active, the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna. Backed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Deutsche Bank, and a coalition of domestic and international partners, the event marks the region’s largest business and cultural gathering of the LGBTIQ+ community during Pride Month.
Over two days, the programme centers on B2B ESG forums, workshops on translating diversity into corporate and national competitiveness, and the advancement of the so-called “Pink Economy,” alongside international exhibition spaces spanning commerce, society and culture — including Drag Arena International, staged in partnership with Yellow Channel.
Pride Show 2026 moves beyond the format of a conventional event to become an “economic platform” that systematically connects multinational corporations (MNCs), publicly listed companies (PLCs), government agencies and LGBTIQ+-owned small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The expo is headlined by a symbolic bell-ringing ceremony, “Ring the Bell for LGBTIQ+ Equality,” opening Thailand’s agenda for LGBTIQ+ economic equality — an initiative of UN Human Rights (OHCHR), the UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative (SSE), the UN Global Compact (UNGC), Koppa — The LGBTI+ Economic Power Lab, and Open for Business, with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), TransTalents Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank and UNDP Thailand as official co-hosts. Fourteen stock exchanges worldwide have joined the global campaign to date, with Thailand the first participant in Asia.
“Pride Show 2026 is more than an expo championing the strength of the LGBTIQ+ community — it is Thailand’s equal economic agenda. We want to convert social momentum into tangible value, unlocking the potential of a pink economy worth more than THB 10.3 billion, by systematically connecting leading organizations with LGBTIQ+ entrepreneurs on the Pride Show platform, and by setting a diversity standard for Thai business on the world stage — establishing Asia’s hub for the diversity economy.”
Ring the Bell for LGBTIQ+ Equality
In a ceremony marking Asia’s first edition of the global campaign, Pride Show 2026 will host the symbolic bell-ringing on Friday, 26 June 2026, from 5:00pm onward. Representatives from OHCHR, SSE, UNGC, Koppa, Open for Business, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, TransTalents Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, UNDP Thailand and Pride Show 2026 — alongside executives from leading partner organizations — will signal the “LGBTIQ+ Business Commencement,” demonstrating Thai businesses’ commitment to diversity and equality to the global investment community.
Business and Policy Programming
- B2B ESG Forum & In-Depth Seminars — keynotes and panels led by senior public-, private- and civil-society figures (“The Inclusion Avengers”), examining the Pink Economy and the integration of ESG policy into corporate strategy.
- Queer Safe Destinations — a forum positioning Thailand as a global destination for quality tourism and a hub for medical and wellness tourism, one of the country’s key soft-power assets.
- NGO-Led DEI Workshops — in-depth workshops with civil society organizations, designed for executives and HR professionals building a sustainable, inclusive culture.
- The T*Factor – RerdTalk — a platform for sharing lived experience and inspiration from thought leaders across a range of industries.
Exhibition and International Business Networking
The expo floor is designed to convey a formal, high-calibre atmosphere conducive to business networking, organized into three zones:
- Sponsor Hubs — an exhibition space showcasing innovation and business partners.
- VIP Networking & Business Matching — a dedicated space for negotiations, connecting LGBTIQ+ SMEs into the procurement pipelines of large organizations.
- Interactive Brand Experiences — exhibition and creative-campaign zones from leading brands presenting tangible commitments to diversity.
Drag Arena International & Thailand’s Drag Stars
Drag Arena International (27 June 2026) is a main-stage showcase produced by Yellow Channel — Thailand’s leading drag production house since 2017 — featuring 11 performers from six Asian countries (Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand) competing for total prize money of THB 160,000. Thailand’s Drag Stars, the country’s first national drag competition, returns in 2026 with 13 contestants, culminating in the Grand Finale on 27 June 2026. The winner receives THB 100,000 and the chance to become a leading representative of Thailand’s new generation of drag artists.
A Catalyst for National Economic Development
Pride Show 2026 is positioned as an “economic catalyst,” converting social momentum into sustainable business value while serving as a key mechanism for organizations to demonstrate support for diversity in line with international standards — mitigating reputational risk and giving businesses of every size equal access to international trading partners.
Official supporting partners include the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Deutsche Bank, TransTalents Consulting Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts (Crowne Plaza Lumpini Park, Staybridge Suites Thonglor, Staybridge Suites Sukhumvit), Blue Hippo Hotel, Koon Hotel, Bolt, RSAT, APCOM, Trans Pride Thailand, Jack’d, Sierra Tequila and Yellow Channel.

Asia-Pacific’s events market remains fragmented and lacks a unifying scale. Messe Asia was founded to close that gap — building quality-driven events that compel an industry’s genuine decision-makers to convene. Headquartered in Bangkok, Messe Asia operates from two leading venues, the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Its portfolio is built deliberately, one show at a time, and launched only once an industry is genuinely ready.
