Group-level commitments are established. Thai-specific evidence is the next increment.PrideShow Editorial Board

LVMH is the largest luxury group on earth — 75 maisons including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany & Co., Bulgari, Sephora and Moët & Chandon — and in Thailand it is a significant employer of exactly the client-facing retail workforce where inclusion policy is most visible to the public.

Its recorded commitments are gender-forward and structural: the EllesVMH programme reports 58% women in senior roles, and the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence runs inclusive craft apprenticeships that widen who can enter luxury at all. Group-level environmental and social reporting is disclosed through LIFE 360.

It ranks third on points this quarter. The open question for Edition 3 is Thai specificity: LVMH's group-level record is strong, and the maisons' local practice is where the next increment of evidence has to come from.
