“Inclusion as infrastructure — Pride staged in 39 shopping centres, in every major Thai city.”— PrideShow Editorial Board
Central Pattana has done something few corporates anywhere can claim: it made Pride a fixture of physical retail. Through its 'Pride For All' programme — now running six consecutive years, from 2020 to 2025 — the developer has turned all 39 of its Central shopping centres into Pride venues, hosting drag performances, Rainbow Soulmate dating events, and on-site marriage-registration services as the law changed around them.
This is inclusion as infrastructure, not sponsorship. CPN co-developed an Inclusion Toolkit for business DEI practice, sits as a DJSI-listed real-estate industry leader, and is now pursuing a formal bid to host World Pride 2030 — a statement of ambition that would put Thailand on the global Pride calendar at the highest level.
For the ESG Index, Central Pattana scores on the rarest axis in the segment: community investment that is continuous, national in scale, and consumer-facing. A bank can publish a policy; CPN puts Pride in front of millions of shoppers, in every major Thai city, every June, and increasingly all year round.
