Welfare and ER Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor

Oversee the monitoring, revision, and development of HR policies at TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL to ensure compliance with Thai labour legislation, covering compensation and benefits, total rewards, performance management, and organisational structure guidance for both domestic and overseas entities. The Samut Prakan-based role also involves advising department managers and expatriates on labour law and creating communications materials such as announcements and policy guides.
