Waiter - TSTC

Deliver fine-dining table service aboard Princess Cruises vessels, managing orders, serving food and beverages to brand standards, upselling wine and specialty dining venues, and cultivating personalised guest connections throughout each sailing. The role requires maintaining service stations, recording orders via the onboard POS system, and using Medallion Class tools to anticipate individual guest preferences. Minimum three years of fine dining experience as a waiter or supervisor in a luxury hotel or resort setting, plus at least one year of cruise ship experience, are required.
