Tender & Enlisting Specialist

Own the full tender lifecycle at Viatris in Bangkok — from reviewing incoming tenders and coordinating cross-functional inputs with Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain, to compiling, submitting, and tracking bid documents and contracts for originator, generic, and biosimilar portfolios. The role identifies new enlisting and re-enlisting opportunities, ensures submissions meet TOR and pharmacopoeia requirements, manages tender systems, and trains Medical Sales Representatives on tender processes. A pharmacy degree with one to two years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally in tender or bidding roles, is required.
