Surgical Specialist (Central/East)

Drive territory sales growth for Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Surgical Vision portfolio — cataract and refractive surgery solutions — by providing in-theatre clinical support, influencing surgeon product preference, and converting new business opportunities across hospitals and clinics in the Central and East regions of Thailand. The role builds relationships with KOLs and key decision-makers, delivers value-based product demonstrations and training, and gathers market intelligence to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Two to five years of medical device sales or clinical support experience, with confidence working in operating room settings, is required.
