Senior Manager - Transformation & Strategy (Makro & Lotus's)

Drive high-impact strategic workstreams at CP Axtra's Transformation Office, partnering with senior leadership across Makro and Lotus's to identify value, design initiatives, and ensure large-scale transformation translates into measurable business results. The role spans scoping, strategic challenge, problem-solving, tracking, and presenting to Board-level stakeholders, while coaching junior team members. At least five years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, FMCG trade marketing, or retail strategy is expected.
