Oversee all daily operations at Pizza Lab Patong — including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, kitchen and front-of-house coordination, and inventory management — while maintaining food safety standards and high guest satisfaction in a busy casual-dining environment in Patong. The role includes supporting recruitment, training, cost control, and local marketing initiatives in collaboration with ownership. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
