Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Export

Execute export sea logistics operations at Kuehne+Nagel, creating and completing shipment details in the transport management system, coordinating with customer care teams, haulers, and carriers, and obtaining dangerous goods approvals where required. The role monitors carrier performance, ensures data quality for customer reporting, enters costs and revenues during shipment creation, and supports resolution of claims. A minimum of two years' logistics experience and proficiency in Excel including pivot tables are expected.
