Retail Area Manager

Maximise sales performance and profitability across a portfolio of Boots Retail Thailand stores by coaching and developing store managers, evaluating daily and weekly KPI performance, and identifying growth opportunities across the region. The role conducts frequent store visits to ensure execution of visual merchandising standards, health and safety procedures, and CRM-driven customer loyalty programmes, while managing labour and operational costs within budget. Seven or more years of multi-store retail management experience is required.
