Purchasing Officer II

Manage raw material purchasing and inventory planning for Cardinal Health's Rayong manufacturing site, developing materials requirement plans, negotiating with suppliers on price and delivery, and ensuring no stock-outs against production schedules. The role coordinates with production, QA, warehouse, and BOI teams, owns monthly inventory reconciliation, and supports cost reduction and vendor performance evaluation programmes. Based on-site in Rayong five days per week; three or more years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment is required.
