About this role
Plan and manage production capacity, machine scheduling, stock control via SAP and KANBAN, and daily output KPIs including OEE and productivity for Bosch Thailand's automotive manufacturing operations at the Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong. The role oversees shopfloor team members, maintains Bosch Production System (BPS) standards including 5S and 140 activities, and ensures accurate production data recording and 4M change documentation.
