Plant Manager

Manage all day-to-day production activities at Kohler's manufacturing facility in Saraburi, monitoring KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and enforcing safety and regulatory compliance standards. The Plant Manager coordinates with division heads to plan and execute production schedules, collaborates cross-functionally with quality control and planning teams, and evaluates technological advancements to enhance production processes. A background in industrial engineering or a related field with at least five to ten years of manufacturing management experience is required.
