Plant General Manager

Lead all aspects of a large-scale manufacturing plant for a globally recognised footwear and apparel brand, translating corporate strategy into operational plans covering production, quality, cost control, and workforce development. The role enforces Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles, manages the annual operating budget, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and serves as the primary liaison between plant operations and corporate leadership. At least 15 years of manufacturing experience, including eight years in a senior leadership role within footwear or apparel, is required.
