Phuket Branch Manager

Drive new business acquisition and manage overall branch operations for Howden Maxi Insurance Broker in Phuket, developing revenue across Property, Construction, Hospitality, Marine, and SME sectors while building long-term client, insurer, and agent relationships. The role leads and coaches the local team, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops branch-level business plans aligned with corporate strategy. Requires 3–5 years of insurance or broking industry experience, a strong Phuket or Southern Thailand network, and Thai nationality.
