Operations Manager

Manage integrated facilities management operations at a Sodexo client site, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality FM services while overseeing budgets, financial performance, cost optimisation, and contract profitability. The role builds strong client relationships, ensures HSE and SOP compliance, and prepares monthly operational and financial reports for local and regional stakeholders. Minimum five years of facility management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
