Operations Director of Food And Beverage (SG based)

Direct the culinary and restaurant operations teams across COMO LIFESTYLE's assigned restaurant portfolio, setting annual business strategy and budget plans, managing food costs and inventory, and overseeing day-to-day functions from team leadership and guest experience to vendor agreements and operational compliance. The role collaborates with the VP-Culinary to enhance menus, recommends and approves marketing activities, and consolidates performance reports for the COO on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. This is a Singapore-based position.
