Assist the Building Management and Security Manager at PTTEP Services in overseeing facilities operations, MEP systems, and space utilisation across four sites in Bangkok. Responsibilities cover preventive and corrective maintenance planning, procurement contract development and monitoring, benchmarking and cost-effectiveness analysis, and maintaining compliance with SSHE policies. A contract role supporting renovation projects and the development of updated building management standards and procedures.
