Ocean Gateway Associate

Build and manage Flexport's ocean partner performance framework in the Thailand market, actively routing cargo to optimal carrier contracts and driving performance management of freight-forwarding, customs, and ocean-carrier partners using global metrics and dashboards. The role designs and executes partner training programmes, prepares monthly and quarterly business reviews, and creates enablement resources for internal operations teams. A background of three or more years in logistics or supply chain, with ocean export operations experience, is expected.
