Merchandise Operations Associate

Manage RAVIPA's master product database and end-to-end procurement administration — issuing purchase orders and work orders, tracking pre-order production with suppliers, and monitoring inbound shipments to ensure customer commitments are met on time. The role also handles after-sales cases including product claims, damages, and returns, and prepares periodic fulfilment reports to identify process improvements.
