Medical and Wellness Director

Unify and lead all wellness departments at STAY Wellbeing and Lifestyle Resort Phuket — clinic, spa, and fitness — into a single outcome-driven guest experience, designing signature longevity and detox programmes while owning the consolidated P&L and delivering revenue and guest satisfaction targets. The role oversees clinical governance and Thai Ministry of Public Health compliance, mentors a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and fitness coaches, and serves as the resort's senior wellness authority for VIP consultations and media engagement. At least eight years of progressive wellness or medical-wellness leadership, including luxury resort experience and multi-department P&L ownership, is required.
