Manufacturing Engineering Manager (AI Ware)

Manage EssilorLuxottica's manufacturing engineering team, coordinating the development and handover of new products from NPI to mass production while overseeing process capabilities, equipment maintenance, and lean manufacturing implementation. The role covers feasibility evaluation of new products, yield improvement, downtime reduction, and cross-functional collaboration with design, operations, and external suppliers. Eight or more years of experience in electronic product assembly and FATP, including familiarity with dispensing, hot pressing, ultrasonic welding, and laser welding processes, is required.
