Direct the leadership and management of VCON Group in Bangkok in line with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors, overseeing sales operations, factory and construction site management, and the development and implementation of training programmes. Responsibilities include setting sales territories and targets, resolving customer complaints, analysing sales data, and developing plans to acquire new clients through direct and B2B channels.
