Act as a trusted HR business partner at adidas in Bangkok, coaching line managers on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement while executing the local people strategy. Handle employee relations, support succession planning for key roles, and provide guidance on sensitive HR matters in line with company policies. Partners with Talent, Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams, and monitors the personnel expense budget.
