Logistics Administrator

Coordinate and manage inbound shipments for Richemont, handling customs clearance, import documentation, HS code verification, and trade compliance requirements including CITES and local import control regulations. The role liaises with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams in Finance, Commercial, and Warehouse to ensure accurate and timely import operations while supporting audits and resolving customs discrepancies. A minimum of two to three years of import operations and customs clearance experience, with solid English skills and SAP familiarity, is required.
