Legal Counsel

Provide in-house legal support to SP Group Thailand's full portfolio of clean-energy businesses — covering rooftop solar PPAs, district cooling, EV charging infrastructure, utility-scale solar and wind, and M&A — by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transaction documents and commercial contracts. The role handles due diligence, litigious matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining relationships with external legal firms and working closely with the Singapore legal team. Five to eight years of post-qualification experience in Thailand, with renewable energy or infrastructure advisory background, is required.
