Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel

Provide comprehensive legal counsel at Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical on major project agreements including EPC contracts, crude oil supply agreements, and offtake arrangements, while advising on project financing structures and international procurement activities. The role handles construction-related disputes and insurance matters, manages regulatory and administrative proceedings, and represents the company in legal proceedings as assigned. A minimum of eight years of legal experience with strong FIDIC contract knowledge and either project finance or EPC experience is required; this position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
