Legal & Compliance Officer

Support APRIL Asia's regional legal and compliance function across Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and China, drafting and reviewing service agreements, monitoring regulatory changes in insurance and data protection across jurisdictions, and maintaining internal policies in line with Group guidelines. The role liaises with company secretaries on statutory and governance matters, participates in audits, and provides day-to-day legal support to other departments. A law degree, at least one year of law firm or corporate legal experience, and excellent written and spoken English are required.
