Human Resources Manager

Build and retain high-performing teams across Shake Shack's restaurant and corporate operations in Thailand, leading end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with Thai labour law. The role designs structured training roadmaps, career pathways, and recognition programmes, and partners with the payroll team on wage compliance and HRIS optimisation. At least five years of HRM experience in food retail, hospitality, or service-driven industries is required, with a proven track record in high-volume frontline recruitment.
