HR Business Partner

Partner with Bacardi's Managing Director for Southeast Asia and the executive team on all people and organisational matters, translating business strategy into talent, culture, and DEI initiatives across the country. The role leads recruitment, onboarding, career development, employee relations, and labour compliance while collaborating with regional and global HR counterparts on broader programmes. Strong knowledge of SEA labour law and experience influencing senior stakeholders are essential.
