Head of Sub-Delegation

Lead the ICRC's sub-delegation in Chiang Mai, managing humanitarian programmes along the Thailand–Myanmar border, overseeing safety and security, and building acceptance with provincial authorities, military, UN agencies, and NGOs. The role manages human and financial resources in line with ICRC procedures while gathering political and humanitarian intelligence on the border situation. Requires a master's degree, 10+ years in the humanitarian or government sector, and knowledge of Myanmar–Thailand border dynamics.
