Head of Specialties

Shape and execute the commercial strategy for Sandoz's Oncology and Biosimilars portfolio in Thailand, owning full business unit P&L including revenue, pricing, and resource allocation, while leading tender strategy, KOL engagement, and sales force effectiveness across hospital and institutional accounts. The role leads, coaches, and develops a specialised field and head-office team, building leadership capability and talent pipeline within a highly regulated and competitive environment. Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing leadership with strong Oncology and/or Biosimilars expertise is required.
