Lead the regional Project Governance and PMO function for Siemens Energy's substation portfolio across Asia Pacific and China, owning portfolio transparency, early-warning risk systems, and structured interventions for underperforming projects. The role drives consistent adoption of project management standards, manages financial and commercial risk exposure across the programme, and leads digital and AI-based PM tool implementation. At least ten years of project management experience in EPC or turnkey environments, with five or more years in a PMO or governance role, is required.
