Head of Investor Relations

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy for a privately held company, crafting the equity story, managing engagement with institutional and retail investors and sell-side analysts, and overseeing all earnings calls, roadshows, and AGM communications. The role ensures full compliance with SET and SEC disclosure regulations and delivers regular reporting on shareholder movements and market perception to the CFO and CEO. A minimum of ten years in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets is required, with prior experience at a SET50 company strongly preferred.
