Head of Investment Management Department

Lead investment evaluation, development, and full project lifecycle management for YUDE Solar's overseas photovoltaic projects in Southeast Asia, including feasibility studies, financing plan formulation, land resource review, and coordination with local governments and energy authorities. The role manages relationships with investors and financial partners, monitors industry policy and market trends, and leads the investment and development team to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Requires 10+ years in renewable energy, at least USD 100M in transaction experience, bilingual Chinese and English fluency, and proven M&A and JV structuring expertise.
