Head of HR, Manufacturing Thailand

Oversee all HR operations for Swarovski's Thailand manufacturing sites, including payroll, compliance with Thai labour law, labour union management, disciplinary processes, and Learning & Development delivery. The role serves as a trusted HR advisor to plant leadership, leads recruitment for shopfloor roles, and ensures regional and global HR programmes are adapted effectively to the local context. A minimum of five years' leadership experience in a unionised manufacturing environment is required.
