Head of HR Executive

Oversee the full HR function for Gentlewoman across the main office, branches, and warehouses, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration for fashion-industry professionals. The position requires hands-on involvement in recruitment across multiple locations, implementation of HR analytics, and direct collaboration with fashion leaders to address specialised staffing needs. A minimum of eight years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within fashion or creative industries, is required.
