Head of Framework Digitalization and Risk Management

Build and execute the regional long-term purchasing framework, digitalisation, and risk management strategy at Schaeffler, steering steering committees, supervising SAP and e-procurement solution rollouts, and implementing global reporting guidelines and tools across the Asia Pacific region. The role designs and optimises purchasing processes, oversees training plans for cross-functional departments, and develops market strategies to mitigate commodity and financial risk. Seven to ten years of procurement or purchasing experience within a corporate environment, with strong cross-cultural leadership skills, is required.
