Lead nationwide field operations for an FMCG business (via Argyll Scott) in Bangkok, developing and implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency, service excellence, and scalable growth across all business units. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, lead regular business reviews, and act as the senior escalation point for operational matters.
