Head of Facilities & Utilities Management

Lead all centralised facilities and general services functions at Ngern Tid Lor — including office management, workplace design, branch expansions and relocations, and environmental sustainability initiatives aligned with ESG principles — across head offices and a nationwide branch network. The role manages vendor relationships, annual budgets, and a high-performing facilities team while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. A minimum of ten years in facilities management with at least five in a senior multi-site role is required.
